  • Instead of driving to Starbucks, walk there and burn some calories!
  • In a survey of 9th-12th graders, 13.1% of the teens admitted to skipping breakfast in the past week while 11.3% had drunk 3 or more servings of soda in the same day
  • Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it feeds your body and mind with the necessary nutrients and energy to function through the day.
