By: Thu Nguyen
Fitness plays an important part in kids, teens, and adults lives. TeWinkle asks students do physical education, PE, every day as part of our physical fitness. Fitness promotes an active lifestyle and gives you a healthier cholesterol.Without physical fitness, a student can have many problems in the future, such as heart disease and diabetes. You can control your weight when working out but also eating healthy. Doing fitness at least three times a week for 30 minutes to an hour, can give you toned muscles and build up your stamina and endurance. Other things such as healthy foods can be involved in a student's life. A healthy diet is essential for a teen because of their heightened nutritional needs. Adolescence is a time of growth for teens, both physical and mental development. So, what do students at TeWinkle Middle School think of physical Awareness?
